This model works very well for strategic level services that tend to be value-driven and aimed at assessing performance, increasing outcome quality, and improving process efficiency. PM Practical Solution consultants to perform the majority of tasking off the client’s site. Limiting the amount of onsite activities reduces costs while increasing productivity.
Our services are priced at either a flat service rate, hourly rate or combination of both. Service pricing is on the service type, complexity of business need, the amount of onsite activities required, and travel. Prior to any work beginning, we work with the customer to develop scope criteria, work effort estimates, deliverables, timelines and acceptance criteria.
Full or partial “good faith” payment maybe required. If a “good faith” payment is required, it must be provided prior to the start of work. The remaining work will be invoiced either monthly for recurring services greater then 1 month; at the end of the performance period for recurring services shorter then 1 month; or by deliverable/task based on acceptance criteria.
