The Leadership

PM Practical Solutions Founder and CEO-Manager is Carla Griffin. Mrs. Griffin has over 20 years of direct industry hands-on experience in business strategic transformation. Mrs. Griffin specializes in IT-business alignment; program and project management; requirement management; process improvement; and governance and performance management. Mrs. Griffin has worked with organizations in the federal government, state government, healthcare, information technology, and professional consulting sectors. Mrs. Griffin holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems, a Master degree in Project Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3) certification and Controls Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (CoBIT 5) certification.
